Teams That Work is a dynamic program that will challenge veterinary practices to develop more effective team work by learning new forms and styles of communication.

 

Accredited for CE! Teams That Work is an engaging interactive educational program (fully narrated with video, text, interactive exercises and more) that will help all staff to improve their understanding of how conflict affects communication styles.

 

Team members will learn how to resolve or decrease conflict by examining relevant case studies.

 

And finally, the program will help a team leader build up the team by leveraging individual strengths.

 

Complete the built-in self-assessment test and send the results to Lifelearn to collect continuing education credits AND a Certificate of Completion. Lifelearn's practice licence allows all team members to use the program and collect CE.
