Train staff to understand the common nutritional ingredients in a pet food so they can effectively answer the basic client questions about pet nutrition and how premium foods differ from generic brands. Well-trained front office staff can be the key to customer satisfaction and retail sales success.

Staff will learn:

• Definitions of the six basic nutrients
• How each nutrient affects or relates to energy & that not all energy sources are created equal
• Key ingredients contained in premium foods including meats, grains, fats & oils
• To relate basic nutrients to key ingredients & understand which nutrients are found in which ingredients
• To explain basic nutritional requirements to veterinary clients & answer common questions
• Complete the built-in self-assessment test and send the results to Lifelearn to collect continuing education credits AND a Certificate of Completion.

Lifelearn's practice licence allows all team members to use the program and collect CE.
