A procedure that describes the Engineering Change Order process for proposing a document change, including: initiating an ECO; completing the ECO log, the ECO form, the Materials Control Impact Assessment, the Regulatory Impact Assessment, the Validation Impact Assessment, and the Training Impact Assessment; preparation of the ECO document package; review and approval of the ECO; and initiation of the Document Change Request. This is a 12-page document, including two attachments (Engineering Change Order, and Engineering Change Order Log), and applies to all changes to controlled documents. Responsibility is assigned for each step of the procedure.
