Return Policy

Books
Physically shipped printed and bound literary compositions, CDs, videotapes or DVDs returned in their original condition within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice will be subject to a refund. The refund will be made in the form of the original payment method within sixty (60) days of receipt, by IndustryMatter, of returned product. Defective electronic products will be replaced. Bulk orders of ten (10) or more products are not subject to the return policy.

Digital/Downloadable Products
Electronically delivered (downloaded) research, data, reports, documents audio seminars, webinars and other digitized content will be subject to a refund if a request for refund is received by IndustryMatter within fourteen (14) days of receipt of invoice.

Requests for refund must include a signed affirmation of 1) the deletion of the product from all owned hard drives, and 2) the destruction of any physical copies of the product. Requests may be faxed to 1-218-740-6437 or mailed to the return center:
